Sandminers delight

It is hard to see the detail as it was very hazy thi is the south of saudi arabia no bi dunes here but plenty of water erosion. It makes me wonder why they mine sand on all the beautiful beaches in Australia when the world supply could be supplied a thousand times over from one spot

Beginnings

Rwanda is wet, it rains for 11 months of the year, a bit less for two of those, that leaves 9.
The water in the capital Kigali is bad looking and tasting and needs to be boiled before using for cooking.
Poly tanks are not unusual however they are twice the price of steel tanks, if steel tanks were available. (The comparison comes from South Africa).

The Rwandan Australian Friendship Association Inc. has members living in Australia who make occasional visits to Rwanda but are keen to improve the lives of their fellows living in Rwanda. The Association plans to create employment by teaching tank building and administering a business of building and installing tanks in Rwanda.
This is happening in September 2014
